There was no pill then, and there is no pill now that produces the fruit a healthy lifestyle offers.

Too often we are simply told how to live well and what to do to get there, but, there is no one size fits all approach to wellness. Tragically, many times instruction is offered without any regard to what's happening on the inside within the heart and soul. At Wisely Well, we focus on tried and true "wholistic" strategies that equip you to steward a personally fitting wellness plan offering tools that empower you to create health at home. All of our appointments take place from the comfort of your home. We provide Telehealth appointments through a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform allowing you to safely and freely express yourself as you move toward your goals.
The starter package is a 3-week program that utilizes whole health education (TM). This approach is centered around client learning and unpacks the 5 elements of whole health (e.g., physical, emotional, spiritual, nutritional, and environmental). It is intended to introduce lifestyle medicine and holistic practices. The 3 month package builds on the foundation set by the starter package and uses a goal oriented approach based on S.M.A.R.T. goals and cognitive behavioral coaching methods to achieve and sustain wellness goals.
Services provided by Wisely Well are not intended to treat, mitigate, diagnose, or prevent disease. Nor should any information provided replace advice or recommendations from your physician. Our team welcomes collaborations with clinicians that provide you care. We would be happy to communicate with providers by phone and/or produce documentation that supports this connection. All that is needed is for you to initiate connecting us with your care team.
